Myrback - President and CEO
With a successful background of more than 20 years of diverse leadership
experience in executive sales, marketing, management/consulting
in technology outsourcing and enterprise applications deployment,
Elaine Myrback oversees all aspects of the Intelligent Chaos’
business operations and corporate direction, cultivating strategic
alliances and other external relationships, as well as, managing
corporate financial affairs.
Founded in Tampa, Florida in 1998, Elaine’s Systems Integration
firm, EMS Consulting, Inc. has won numerous awards for EMS’s
ERP system integration practice. Industry honors include: Entrepreneur
of the Year 2000 from University South Florida College of Business,
Top 500 women owned business, and Top 200 fastest growing firms
in Florida.
Prior to her successful launch of EMS, Mrs. Myrback was Sr. VP
of Danka Imaging, overseeing 2200 employees and a $1.5 billion product
and service portfolio. Earlier in her career, she served as Division
VP of National Data Corporation running the top 200 banks globally
for back-office operations. Previously with ADP for 11 years, she
marketed outsourced human resource and benefit solutions.
Elaine holds a BS in Information Systems and Business Administration
from University South Florida.
William
Gunther – Vice President, Technology
Bill is a multi-talented information systems professional
with over 20 years of systems development lifecycle experience in
a variety of Lead Engineering roles including Chief Architect and
Director for many well-respected companies.
Prior to IC-EMS, He was the Director of Delivery for the South
Florida Custom Solutions Practice for CIBER Incorporated. His responsibilities
included technical management and IT oversight for South Florida,
where he also served as a lead advocate and resource for Service-Oriented
Architectures. While at CIBER, Bill was contracted to serve as VP
of Development for Greenline Systems, a Washington D.C. based company,
leading the design and development of a Container-based Risk Analysis
platform for use in the National Targeting Center by Homeland Security
to assess the security risk of all Inbound Containers to the United
States.
Bill also served as Director of Engineering/Chief Architect for
Capstan Systems. He was the chief architect responsible for design/development
of J2EE/XML-based supply chain visibility system.
Bill served as Director/Chief Architect for the Human Resource Technology
Group of Coopers & Lybrand, responsible for the enterprise architecture
for the entire C&L Human Resource Technology Group (HRTG) Service
Bureau.
Jeffrey Mundt - Vice President, Industry Solutions
Jeffrey S. Mundt is Vice President, Industry Solutions for Intelligent
Chaos. Jeff is responsible for the firm’s industry solutions
including product marketing, strategy and delivery.
Jeff has extensive management experience in all phases of the enterprise
lifecycle. He has been involved in several large ERP implementations,
from the initial project strategy to systems architecture planning
and deployment.
Prior to IC-EMS, Jeffrey held multiple senior positions including
a Director role at Northwestern University, heading up the Financial
Management System Projects (Project Café). In this position,
his management was instrumental in implementing and deploying large
financial system while architecting Oracle’s Fusion Middleware
in parallel with Northwestern’s implementation of PeopleSoft
Financials.
Jeffrey’s past career also spans a past tenure with George
Washington University, where he was responsible for the ERP systems
of the school and led the university’s successful implementation
of Oracle Financials and a number of other related systems. In addition,
Jeff was a manager at KPMG and was responsible for several aspects
of public sector data-warehousing, including development of a productized
solution for government executives.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Honors
Program, Indiana University Bloomington, May 1993, graduating Phi
Beta Kappa.
Angie
May - Vice President, Administration
Angie brings over 15 years of broad-based financial and
operations management experience to her important fiscal responsibilities
for both Intelligent Chaos and the financial, operations, administrative
and facilities oversight of EMS, Inc.
Earlier in career, she held key financial management positions
with both Lebhar-Friedman and Achieve Global. Her background also
encompasses financial and administrative roles with Coca-Cola Bottling
and State Farm Insurance.
Angie earned a BA in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
